Linking your project in Z.Studio to an existing Product Costing in Z.Hub allows you to republish and push updated information from Z.Studio to Z.Hub. You may want to do this if it's a carryover product resampled or re-quoted for another season.
NB : This action can only be initiated and completed from within Z.Studio. It cannot be managed from the Z.Hub side.
Locate your project within the Projects List View in Z.Studio, then click directly on the project name to open it.
Navigate to the Colourways tab and click [Manage Colourways].
A pop up will appear Style, Fabric, Colours.
If there is a matching Product ID combination (Style, Fabric, and Colour) in Z.Hub a green link icon with a + will be visible next to the relevant colourway/s.
To check for an existing Product ID in Z.Hub, click the grey Check Link button. If a matching ID is found, the green link icon will appear next to that row.
Click the green link icon on the relevant colourway row. A pop up window will appear, Link Colourway to Existing Z.Hub Product, click Link to connect them.
Please note that you can only link to Product once. Once the link has been established this cannot be reversed.
Click [Save] to establish the link.
Important: If you do not click [Save], the link will not be created.
Once linked, the icon will change to the standard grey link.
The standard grey link, indicates that the project is now connected to the Product Costing record in Z.Hub. Clicking this link will open the connected Product Costing in a new window.
The project can now be republished to push information across to Z.Hub eg for a carryover product resampled or re-quoted for another season.
