You can review cost and price data from the Projects > Costs and Prices area and export a .csv of the list view data. This information is also available in Reports - see below for further information.
The list default will looks as follows
1. [X] Select - Click here to select a row.
2. A - Active status of Project - Colourway.
3. U - In Use status of Project - Colourway within Collection.
4. C - The Cancellation status of the Project - Colourway.
5. P - Published status of Project - Colourway.
6. Image - Image 1 of Project - Colourway / 'All Colours' Image 1 if no colour specific raw materials applied.
7. Project Name - Name of the Project record the Colourway sits in.
8. Colour - Name of the Colourway
9. Target Unit Cost - Pulling through from the Projections tab on the Project's record. (This can also be edited on this list screen)
10. Total Unit Cost - The total unit cost of the Project - Colourway.
11. Target WSP - The target WSP applied to the WSP/RRP tab for that Project - Colourway. (This can also be edited on this list screen)
12. Gross Profit Margin Value - Pulling from the WSP/RRP tab for that Project - Colourway.
13. Gross Profit Margin % - Pulling from the WSP/RRP tab for that Project - Colourway.
14. Target RRP - Pulling from the WSP/RRP tab for that Project - Colourway. (This can also be edited on this list screen)
15. Projected Qtys - Pulling through from the Projections tab on the Project's record. (This can also be edited on this list screen)
16. Total Proj Cost - Pulling through from the Projections tab on the Project's record.
Use Costs and Prices list to view costing and pricing information
Including Target Unit Cost, Total Unit Cost, Target WSP, Gross Profit Margin Value & %, Target RRP, Projected Qtys, and Total Proj Cost.
Use Costs and Prices list to edit key values
Click 'Edit'
You can now edit the 'Target Unit Cost', 'Target WSP', 'Target RRP', and 'Projected Qtys' fields
Use [Select/Move/Filter] to customise the screen display or to apply filters
To download .csv, select records and click [X Selected] and click [Export CSV]
