
The following validation checks are performed on Projects when attempting to publish them into Z.Hub, these validation checks are mainly based on the mandatory fields for Product Costing records in Z.Hub.
When trying to Publish projects and seeing errors, click on the red error pill for each line to identify the issue or missing data:
When you click on the [ERROR] icon, you will see a message like the following example
This error has been received because the Project isn't approved in Z.Studio, and there is no Default Production Manufacturer assigned. The project will therefore need to be approved, and a Default Production Manufacturer applied before I can publish it into Z.Hub.
Other examples of validation errors
- Project - Style Missing - To fix this, enter the Style value on the Style, Fabric, Colours Modal
- Project - Fabric Missing - To fix this, enter the Fabric value on the Style, Fabric, Colours Modal
- Project - Not Approved - To fix this, the Project will need to be Approved.
- Project - Size Category Not Selected - To fix this, a Size Category will need to be assigned to the Project.
- Project - Production Default Manufacturer Not Selected - To fix this, a Default Manufacturer for production will need to be assigned to the Project.
- Project has no Colourways both "In Use" and "Active" - nothing to publish. - To Fix this, you will need to manage/create Colourways.
