Publish multiple Projects from the Project List, Grid, and by Colour views from Z.Studio into Z.Hub.
Select the Projects you would like to Publish and head to the [X Selected] menu > and click [Publish]
A modal will open for you to choose the Colourways to Publish. When all selected lines are 'VALID' > click [Next]
If Publishing from the Projects List or Grid Views, all Colourways on all Projects will be selected by default. Here the system is checking if all the required data is present to Publish the Project into Z.Hub. For support with any Errors which may occur based on these validation checks.
If Publishing Projects from the Projects By Colour list view, the selected colourways on the modal will be as per the project colourways selected.
The selected colours can be edited in both instances.
Choose if you would like to exclude any of the below data from publishing into Z.Hub and click [Publish]
- Publish Images - This option determines whether Image 1 / 2 (for Digital Showroom users in Hub) will be exported to Z.Hub or not.
- Publish BOMs - This option determines whether raw materials will be exported to Z.Hub or not.
- Publish Costs - This option determines whether costs data on the [Costs] tab will be exported to Z.Hub or not.
- Publish Prices - This option determines whether Prices on the [WSP/RRP] Tab will be exported to Z.Hub or not.
You will see the following message confirming that your Project has been Published into Z.Hub
On the Project Record, the following link icons will be displayed for published colourways on the Style, Fabric, Colours Modal. (Accessible via the Manage Product IDs/ Manage Colourways buttons)
Clicking on each link will take you to the Product Costing in Z.Hub
(Access to this link will depend on your user permissions)
In Z.Hub, you will see a Product Costing per published Colourway
The log in Z.Hub will specify that the Project was published from Z.Studio
There will also be a record in Z.Studio of when the Project was published
