Projects - The List View

Projects sit within your collections, this list view can be accessed from the 'Projects' button on your Collections.

Your Project will hold multiple colourways which can become Product Costings once published into Z.Hub.  It is where you enter manufacturer details, raw materials required, and costing information, details, fit notes, measurement, and more - allowing you to export a tech pack.

1. Add New Project, manage records and Bulk Actions

1. Click here to create a new project within the Collection.

2. Select All Records.

3. Clear the selection of all selected records.

4. Publish selected records.

5. Export a CSV of the selected records.

6. Export a CSV of the BOMs of the selected records.

7. Perform Bulk Actions on selected records.

8. Print a PDF of the Product Costing on selected records.

9. Print a Tech Pack for your selected records. (This will export as a .zip file)

2. Search Records

Search for all records with 'jacket' in project name - enter 'jacket' in quick search field and click SEARCH - you see results below

Now you have your search results.

To clear search results - click on 'x' to remove filter

or

Click on RESET FILTER

Search for all records with e.g. 'cotton' as a raw material on the bill of materials - enter 'cotton' in search field and click SEARCH -  you see results below (you can search by raw material ID or Our Ref)

Now you have your search results.

To clear search results - click on 'x' to remove filter

or

Click on CLEAR FILTER

To INCLUDE INACTIVE projects - click on 'X' next to ACTIVE then CLEAR FILTER again to see ACTIVE ONLY

3. Increase the number of records per page or move to another page

4. By Colour List View

Click here to view your projects by colour.

Click 'By Project' in the by colour list view to return to the standard list view.

5. Grid View

Click here to view your projects in the Grid view.

6. Kanban View

Click here to view your projects by stage in the Kanban view.

7. Manage List View layout and filtering

1. Auto sizes each column to fit the data in that column

2. Expands the columns to fit the browser screen size you are working on

3. Extended Filtering and Layout Management

Click here to manage your onscreen layout and/or to use the advanced filter tool.

For this menu:

1. To open the 'Select/Move/Filter' menu to edit the list view layout

2. To save your layout once you have edited the list view

3. To load your saved layout

4. Revert to the Zedonk Default Layout if needed

On the Select/Move/Filter menu:

1. These columns will always appear on the left of your screen if selected

2. You can select and/or move these columns to create your own screen layout

 

8. Actions for a specific record - click on the icons

1. You can open the record to Edit, Move the Project to another Collection, Print the Costing PDF, or Print the Tech Pack.
