You can add raw materials to your project and enter the consumption/rating/yield for each.
You can add individual Raw Materials visible in the Season assigned to the Collection
You will see Our Reference name in the dropdown
Or you can search and/or add multiple raw materials using the +Advanced Add button.
Filter/search by any of the fields and tick the variant
As you are adding Raw Materials you can click on the image icon to see the image you uploaded to the Raw Material record
You can search by one field and then another and make your selections. Click the Add button to add all selected raw material variants to the Product Costing
Add consumption
1. Add consumption/yield/rating or leave it blank (you can update it later)
2. Remove, if added incorrectly
3. Click to view an image of the raw material
You can also perform a bulk action to add or remove RAW MATERIALS in bulk
You can add notes ...
1. Click on the following icon on the right of Raw Materials to open the notes field
2. Enter your comment text
You can hover over any comment and see it on screen
Click on the following icon to select to open all COMMENTS on the page. Click again to hide comments.
Click 'RM By Colourway' to manage your raw materials specific to each colourway
This will show with 3 tabs for each colourway. All existing raw materials will initially be copied across to each tab/colourway. From this point they will be independent.
Quick Add will prompt you to choose which colourways you would like to apply the raw material to, for your selected material
1. Colour - Project Colourway name.
2. Variant - Raw Material Variant/s to choose from.
3. Quantity - The quantity/ consumption/ rating required to make one unit of that colourway.
4. Fill - To populate the below rows with the same quantity.
5. Clear All - To clear Colourway selection.
6. Select All - To select all Colourways.
7. Cancel - To cancel the action and close the modal.
8. OK - To apply the raw materials to each selected colourway accordingly.
Advanced Add will prompt you to select the colourways to apply the selected raw materials to
Once applied, the variants and quantities would need to be applied onto each colourway accordingly.
You can rearrange Raw Materials
If working on a colourway tab because you have set the 'RM By Colourway' flag - this will be applicable to the tab you are currently working on.
Click on the following icon to rearrange Raw Materials
Click and move arrows to desired place
Click the following icons to go the the top of the Raw Material list or the bottom of the list
