Projects - Tab - General Details

Enter Project Name & select Stage, then click  [OK] when done

N.B.50 characters for project name.

*For clients with Z.Hub, please note that the Project name will not pull through to Z.Hub if/when the project is published. The Project name value is specific to Hub only.

Enter Project Details

1. Manage Product IDs

Enter the Style, Fabric, and Colour Names for all colourways within this project. This modal can also be accessed via the 'Colourways' tab.

2. Season

This is a read-only reference point of the season that project sits in within Studio, for those with Z.Hub, the season in which the Project would be published into in Hub. This would also be the season used for raw material costs on your projects.

3. Select the relevant Category/s for this Project

You will only see these if you have created them in Product Settings - Categories Use the drop down to make your selection.

4. Enter Project Description

Enter a description for this project - for those users with Z.Hub this will populate in the Product Description field

 

5. Select the Size Category

Select your SIZE CATEGORY from categories created in Product Settings - Size Categories . Use the drop down to make your selection

6. Project Status'

GLOBAL - ACTIVE/INACTIVE - The Project is Active/Inactive across all Collections. This is a global action so won't be specific to the collection when changed.

 

COLLECTION STATUS - APPROVED/NOT APPROVED - An internal flag to communicate whether the project is approved or not. Your project will need to be approved to Publish into Z.Hub.

PUBLISHED - For Z.Hub users, an orange 'P' icon indicates that a project has been published to Z.Hub.

CANCELLED - Used to cancel the project. A cancelled project can't be published into Z.Hub.

FIRST COLLECTION - The collection the project was originally created within.

ALL COLLECTIONS - All collections the project is 'In Use' within.

7. Assigned To

ASSIGNED TO - the project can be assigned to a specific user
