Use this tab to enter and compare target unit costs against total costs, and view projected costs based on entered projected quantities.
This tab is linked to the Costs and Prices list view giving an overview of these values for all project colourways within the collection.
1. Colour
The name of the colourway on the project. If the Project doesn't yet have colourways applied, this will show as 'All Colours'.
2. Target Unit Cost
Enter the target unit cost for each colourway.
3. Unit Make Cost
Pulling through the project's unit make cost. (Pulling from the First/Make Cost on the Manufacturers tab).
4. Unit RM Cost
Pulling through the total RM cost for each colourway (as raw materials can be colourway-specific).
5. Total Unit Cost
Pulling through the total unit cost for each colourway.
6. Cost Discrepancy
Comparing the Target Unit Cost to the Total Unit cost and providing the discrepancy between them as a value and a percentage. (If the total unit cost is more than the target unit cost this value will be displayed in Red, if the total unit cost is less than the target unit cost this value will be displayed in Green.)
7. Projected Quantities
Enter the quantities you project/ estimate to sell/produce for each colourway. The projected quantities will be required in order to calculate the projected costs.
8. Proj Make Cost
This value will display the projected make cost for the colourway. (Projected quantity x Unit Make Cost)
9. Proj RM Cost
This value will display the projected raw material cost for the colourway. (Projected quantity x Unit RM Cost)
10. Total Proj Cost
This value will display the total projected costs for the colourway. (Projected quantity x Total Unit Cost)
11. Project Stage Dropdown
This will always be populated with the stage currently assigned to the project by default, but should you wish to see the impact of any changes across stages, you will have the option to view the data as per other stages on the project to review.
