You can update the image in an existing annotation by either uploading a new one or selecting another from the image library. Any lines or text in the annotation will remain.
To change the image in your annotation, click the drop-down arrow in your annotation options and select [Change Image].
The [Change Image] pop-up will appear. Choose your image source, either [Replace with File] or [Replace from Image Library], then click [OK] to confirm.
Select the new image and then click [OK] to confirm.
The new image will appear in your annotation, and all lines and text will remain. Click [Save] to apply the changes.
