
Projects sit within your collections, this grid view can be accessed from the 'Projects' button on your Collections. A more visual way to see your projects.
Your Project will hold multiple colourways which can become Product Costings once published into Z.Hub. It is where you enter manufacturer details, raw materials required, and costing information, details, fit notes, measurement, and more - allowing you to export a tech pack.
1. Add New Project, manage records and Bulk Actions

1. Click here to create a new project within the Collection.
2. Select All Records.
3. Clear the selection of all selected records.
5. Export a CSV of the selected records.
6. Export a CSV of the BOMs of the selected records.
7. Perform Bulk Actions of selected records.
8. Print a PDF of the Product Costing of selected records.
9. Print a Tech Pack for your selected records. (This will export as a .zip file)
2. Search Records
Search for all records with 'jacket' in project name - enter 'jacket' in quick search field and click SEARCH - you see results below

Now you have your search results.
To clear search results - click on 'x' to remove filter
or
Click on RESET FILTER

Search for all records with e.g. 'cotton' as a raw material on the bill of materials - enter 'cotton' in search field and click SEARCH - you see results below (you can search by raw material ID or Our Ref)
Now you have your search results.
To clear search results - click on 'x' to remove filter
or
Click on CLEAR FILTER

To INCLUDE INACTIVE projects - click on 'X' next to ACTIVE then CLEAR FILTER again to see ACTIVE ONLY

3. Sort your Projects
If you are going between the list and grid view and vice versa, the sorting will be shared across these views. The grid view is in Alphanumerical Order by default.
1. Any existing sorting will be displayed here.
2. To remove any sorting rules, click the red 'x' on the sort you'd like to remove.
3. Click the 'Nothing Selected' dropdown to pick a new field to sort by.
4. Choose if you would like to sort that line's value in ascending (Asc) or descending (Desc) order.
4. Increase the number of records per page or move to another page

6. Access the Standard Projects List View
Click here to view your projects in the List View.
7. Access the Kanban View
Click here to view your projects by stage in the Kanban view.
9. Actions Menu
You can open the record to Edit, Move the Project to another Collection, Print the Costing PDF, or Print the Tech Pack.
