Manage your specification measurements and grading on this tab, enter stage-specific measurements, view the discrepancy/variance between the actual measurement and the base size spec measurements, and specify if any measurements need to change for the next stage.
The size category will need to be assigned to your Project before you can get started.
To get started, select a Measurement Template
These are pulling from the settings, you will have a default template in your system which can be edited or you can create your own!

Depending on the UOM chosen in the settings, you will see an option listed for each measurement list per UOM. (MM/ CM/ IN)
Once the measurement template is selected, the list of measurements from that template will pull through as per the template
1. Measurement Template
You will be able to see which measurement template is selected. Once you enter measurements on any stage this will be greyed out and can't be changed unless all measurements are removed from the table.
If you haven't yet entered measurements, you will be able to change this (like above)
The Units of measurement per measurement list determine how you can enter and manage your measurement and increment values.
The fields for MMs would look like the following and can be up to 2 decimal places::

The fields for CM would be like the following and can be up to 2 decimal places:

The fields for IN would be as follows with the whole number then the fractional dropdown:

2. Sample Base Size
This can be changed at any point and will be specific to the current stage. This will affect which measurements are being referenced when calculating the discrepancy against the actual measurement. (11 + 12)
3. Grading | Measurements toggle
Toggle to view the Grades or the Measurements as the larger values on the main table.
4. Rearrange
Click to rearrange your measurements by clicking and dragging, or sorting alphanumerically by the measurement code.
5. Additional Option - Show Comments
Click here to show and edit the measurement line comments.
6. Delete
Click here to delete a measurement line and any measurements entered against it.
7. Code + Measurement Description
Click on any row here to open a modal to edit the Codes and Measurement Descriptions
8. Tol - & Tol +
Click here to manage the tolerances per measurement line. You can enter a different negative/ positive (shortage/overage) tolerance per line if required.
9. Base Size Measurements
Click on any row in the base size column outlined in orange to enter the base size measurements.
10. Grading
Click on any measurement / grade on the table which isn't the base size to open the Grading modal to enter the grades and measurements.
The grades and measurements are linked so if you update a measurement it will update the relevant grade/s accordingly and vice versa.

Use the orange toggle at the top right to work on either the Grades or the Measurements.
Use the 'Fill' button to autofill the grade value if the grading increments are all the same.
11. Actual Measurement
Click here to enter the actual measurements for the sample. These will be used to compare and calculate the discrepancy against the base size measurements.
12. Discrepancy
This is a read only column, view the discrepancies between your base size spec measurements and the actual measurements. Any measurements with a discrepancy outside of the tolerance will indicate in red.
13. Next Stage Base Measurement
Click this column to manage any changes to the base size measurements. When you progress to the next stage, the values here will be populated in the base size column of the next stage. (By default, this will be the existing base size measurements)
1. For each row, click the 'Actual' field if you'd like to use the actual measurement as the base size measurement for the next stage.
2. For all measurements, the base size will be selected by default, but if you pick another option and would like to revert back - click the 'Base' field for the relevant row if you'd like to use the base measurement as the base size measurement for the next stage again.
3. For each row, click the 'Custom' field and enter your require measurement if you'd like a measurement different to the actual or base size values as the base size measurement for the next stage.
This will pull through to the Measurements and Grading and Sample Measurements pages of the Tech Pack. E.g:
