You can apply bulk actions to all Projects or a selection of Projects.
- Approve
- Unapprove
- Cancel
- Re-Instate
- Assign Project To User
- Change to Next Stage
- Change the Manufacturing Type
- Change the Country of Origin
- Add/Update Cost To Wholesale Markup
- Add/Update Wholesale To RRP Markup

In the below example, I want to ASSIGN all Jackets to a user, so click on SELECT/MOVE/FILTER
Enter your filter criteria to find the projects to work on - you can just type in the search field i.e Project Name - 'Jacket' and the filter will auto populate to CONTAINS
You can click the drop down to change the criteria if you need something different
Then click OK
You see number of records selected
Now you see list of ACTIONS - scroll and choose required action
For this example action, select the user from the dropdown - and click [NEXT]
You see a confirmation of your selected action - if you are happy to proceed - click PERFORM ACTION
