
You can have multiple collections assigned to one season if needed.
Tab - General Details
1. Collection Name. This is the name established for your Collection.
2. Season. This is the season the Collection has been assigned to. The season your collection is assigned to will determine the season the Projects within that Collection will be published into, and the Raw Material costs being used on the Projects within it.
3. Collection Category. Options here will be pulling from the categories defined in the settings.
4. Start Date. This is the start date of your collection.
5. Number of Projects. This is the number of ACTIVE projects currently listed within your collection.
6. Description. Drop in a description for your collection. This will pull through to the Collection Matrix PDF.
7. Progress. View the progress of the collection on this progress bar split by the project stages.
8. Active. Tick/Untick to mark the Collection as Active/Inactive.
9. Cancelled. Tick/Untick to mark the Collection as Not Cancelled/Cancelled.
*Please note, when cancelling a Collections, the Projects within that collection will be cancelled.
The Actions Menu

1. Change Collection Name. Change your Collection's Name.
2. Most Popular Raw Materials CSV. Export a CSV of the most popular Raw Materials across the projects within your collection.
3. Collection Matrix. Export a PDF of the projects on your Collection, defined by the Collection Matrix tab.
