
Your Projects will sit within your Collections. A collection is where you can manage a range of Projects, export the tech packs for those projects, and publish projects to Z.Hub if you have the Hub module.
1. Add New Collection
Click here to create a new Collection, you will be prompted to enter the collection name.

2. Collection Summary & Selected Menu

1 & 4. Click either option to see a combined summary of your selected collections by Project stage.
2. Select All Records
3. Clear the selection of all selected records.
5. Export a CSV of the selected records.
3. Search Records
Search by Collection Name, Season Name, or Project Name.
4. Sort Records

Sorting between the list view and the Grid view will be shared. View or add additional sorting via this modal.
5. Increase the number of records per page or move to another page

7. Filtering
Filter the Grid view.
8. Actions for a specific record - click on the icon

1. 'Edit' will open the Collection record for you to Edit.
2. This will export the Collection Matrix PDF
3. This will take you through to the Projects for that Collection.
9. Projects Shortcut
Click the 'Projects' button to jump straight to the Project list/Gride view within that Collection.
