Raw Materials - Colours/Variants - Show Invisible and Show Inactive

On the chosen Raw Material's page, you can show all the Variants/Colours ever created, including the ones not visible in the current season and any colours/variants previously made inactive.

From the Raw Materials list view, click on the Raw Material ID and go to the Variants tab

Within Variant Details select [Include Invisible] to view other variants not visible in current season

Invisible variants greyed out

Expand or collapse content ..and [Include Inactive] to include variants/colours previously inactivated

Inactive variants greyed out with strikethrough

Expand or collapse content Select the Variant and flag the check boxes accordingly to make it active and visible in this season and select [Save]

Ensure your seasons are set up correctly to ensure prices come through, for more information on setting up Seasons

Expand or collapse content Add or amend details on the Variant/Colour card if needed and [Save]

When flipping between the raw material cards, your data will be held until you [Save] or [Close] the record.
