On the top left you can see the filters currently applied. Each of them with a red cross next to it.
NOTE that some filters are applied by default (i.e. Active) in order for the list to only show active records.
The quickest way to include inactive records in your list is to remove the filter 'Active'.
Click [Reset Filter] to re-set your filters to default
(The Active filter re-appears and the inactive records are no longer in the list)
