What is the Active and Inactive status?

When you create a record in Zedonk, it is automatically set to ACTIVE in the system.

You can change any record to INACTIVE, which is like a halfway step to deleting it. INACTIVE records can still be found in your searches.

Note: If you make a Raw Material or Project inactive, it will be inactive across all seasons as it is a Global action

Important: If you deactivate a Raw material or Project in the season or Collection where it was first created, all associated costs, wholesale prices, and RRPs will be lost.

To deactivate a record, open the relevant record, untick [ACTIVE], and click [SAVE]

This example shows a Project which is now INACTIVE. The INACTIVE function is available across records and areas of Zedonk.

Note: If you’re making a Raw Material inactive, you’ll need to deactivate all its variants first.
