General Settings - User Management - Locked Out

If a password is entered incorrectly more than four times, the account is temporarily locked. The system admin is able to unlock company users from the User Management page

Expand or collapse content Locked accounts will be marked in red
Expand or collapse content Select the Username to view user details, click [Unlock]
Expand or collapse content Click [Yes, Unlock User]
Expand or collapse content Reset password if required
